For more than 25 years, Andrea Haas has dedicated her career to helping people feel confident, empowered, and cared for. As a licensed cosmetologist and beauty industry professional, she has built a career around the belief that beauty is about so much more than appearance—it’s about confidence, self-care, and how we feel about ourselves.
In 2025, Andrea’s life changed forever when she was diagnosed with breast cancer.
Suddenly, she found herself on the other side of the beauty chair, navigating chemotherapy, radiation, surgeries, and all of the physical and emotional challenges that come with a cancer diagnosis. Throughout her journey, she realized something incredibly important: when you’re fighting cancer, self-care often becomes one of the first things to disappear. Doctor appointments, treatments, and recovery consume every part of life, leaving little time or energy to care for yourself.
Yet those small moments of self-care can become some of the most meaningful. Taking a few minutes to care for your skin, put on a little lip gloss, light a candle, or simply pause to focus on yourself can provide comfort, restore confidence, and serve as a reminder that you are more than your diagnosis.

er own experience, Andrea founded Pampered With Purpose while still undergoing treatment. This nonprofit initiative was created with one simple mission: to remind women facing cancer that they are seen, loved, and deserving of care.
Pampered With Purpose provides thoughtfully curated self-care boxes to women undergoing chemotherapy and radiation, each one designed to bring comfort, encouragement, and a sense of normalcy during an incredibly difficult season. More than just a collection of items, every box is a reminder that someone is walking beside them on their journey.
Andrea’s unique combination of more than two decades of beauty industry experience and her personal experience as a breast cancer survivor allows her to understand both the physical and emotional needs of women undergoing treatment. She knows firsthand that healing isn’t just about medicine—it’s also about hope, human connection, and finding moments of joy in the midst of uncertainty.
Today, Andrea continues to advocate for the importance of self-care during cancer treatment while growing Pampered With Purpose through the generosity of community members and brand partners who share her vision.
