Pink Warrior Angels of Texas is a non-profit dedicated to providing emotional support and financial aid for all cancer diagnosis.
In 2015, after completing breast cancer treatments, Julie Moser founded PWATX as a way to help other families lighten the emotional and financial burden of a devastating cancer diagnosis.
Donate, sponsor, and volunteer. We are active in supporting our local community and engage on a national scale through our three annual events.
Together we give more, help more, share more.
We build community. We comfort. We encourage and empower. We help. We care.
No cancer warrior should ever feel alone. We are here to help.
Each cancer is associated with a brightly colored ribbon to raise awareness and recognition. In the United States nearly 40% of men and women will be diagnosed with cancer at some point in their lives according to cancer.gov. This diagnosis is devastating for the cancer warrior, but also affects their children, parents, siblings, family, spouses, and so many more around them.
We ask the question, “What’s your color?” to demonstrate that all of us are affected by cancer in some way and to start a conversation that many find hard to have.
Rest assured your contribution is in good hands. PWATX is recognized as a 2020 Top-Rated 5 star organization by Great Nonprofits based entirely on feedback from volunteers, donors, and people served by nonprofits.
